Service Description
Join the 0-5k Run Club at MILO Fitness for a supportive 12-week journey to running your first 5k. Our course includes a main run every Tuesday at 7 PM, alongside “homework” runs on Thursdays at 7 PM and Sundays at 8:30 AM, all led by enthusiastic coaches. Enhance your experience with optional strength and conditioning classes and informative S&C seminars, fostering a community of runners committed to achieving their personal bests.
