Small Group PT
MILO's Small group PT classes are perfect for anyone looking for a challenging workout in a friendly and welcoming environment. The classes are capped at a maximum of 6 people which allows your trainer to focus on each member individually and give a personal training experience within the class setting. The format of the sessions changes each week to help keep things exciting and include traditional strength training exercises, along with circuit training, to help improve both your muscle strength and definition as well as overall fitness. Our payment options are flexible and include; bulk packages, monthly memberships and pay as you go to chose from.

One of MILO's owners, Coach Steve runs our Sunday class. An expert in making exercise challenging and fun, just watch out for cheesy puns and occasional bouts of singing.
