Join our 5-week strength & conditioning blocks designed for teens aged 10-14 and 15+ looking to imporve performance, move better and gain an in-depth understanding of S&C.

• Five progressive weekly sessions led by a qualified strength and conditioning coach.  

 

• 4 spaces per class to help maintain high teaching quality  


• Focus on fundamental techniques and movement patterns.  
 

• Safe, age-appropriate training.  
 

• All aspects of strength and conditioning, including running, jumping, lifting, and conditioning.
